Tom believes that true financial independence starts with education, guiding clients through a clear, time-tested process that empowers them to make informed decisions at every step.

Outside of work, Tom enjoys spending time with his wife, Char, and their children, Lindy and Beckett. They are active members of St. Peter Catholic Church and Carolina Golf Club, where they embrace community, faith, and family life. Tom also gives back by coaching his daughter’s Varsity Lacrosse team at Charlotte Catholic High School.
